- Contact Form: If you fill out the form, we receive your email address and message. This data is only used to reply to you and is sent via Amazon SES to our email hosted by Google Workspace.
- Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics to understand how people use the site. This data is completely anonymous and stored in the EU.
Legal basis
- Contact Form: Based on your consent when you choose to submit it.
- Analytics: Legitimate interest — we do it in a fully anonymous way.
Where your data goes
- Email: Stored in our Google Workspace inbox. Read Google's privacy policy here.
- Analytics: Stored anonymously on Plausible’s EU-based servers. Read Plausible's privacy policy here.
- Hosting: Our site runs on servers from Hetzner in the EU. Read Hetzner's privacy policy here.
- Contact Form: We're using Amazon SES, an Amazon Web Services service to send your contact form message to us. Read AWS's privacy policy here.
How long we keep it
- Emails: Kept in our inbox like any normal business email — potentially indefinitely.
- Analytics: Anonymous and stored indefinitely by Plausible.
Your rights
You can contact us anytime if you’d like us to delete any email you’ve sent. Since we don’t track you personally, there’s no personal data from analytics to delete.
If you're in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
