Creating a Doctor's Office software to support care after hospital visits

Working together with backend development at BlueCare AG, our small team at Ergosign developed the frontend for a new software solution by BlueCare, called BlueMedication.

In cooperation with our UX design team, we created a frontend application for doctor’s offices to care for patients that return to aftercare after visiting the hospital for a serious health crisis. For example, the software could help bring together new medication plans - created by the hospital - and the regular medication plan the doctor has on file in their system.

We made sure to have a safe and use friendly app that checks medications for duplicates, new medications, missing medications and similar compounds that work to the same effect to ensure patient safety after their big procedure.
